How to Submit Feedback About a PSA Employee or Matter

Feedback about a PSA employee or a matter involving PSA may be submitted by mail, email or by phone.

PSA will acknowledge receipt of feedback as soon as possible. The nature of the feedback dictates the time required to review or investigate. However, feedback or complaints that allege criminal or serious misconduct on the part of a PSA employee may be referred to the Office of Human Capital Management within the Pretrial Services Agency for the District of Columbia (PSA) or the Office of Professional Responsibility within the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA).
