SI Compliance Plan
This document outlines the minimum information required for the Pretrial Services Agency of Washington DC (PSA)’s compliance plan that will satisfy the requirements of Section 3(b)(ii) of the Appendix to OMB Memorandum M-25-21 and Section 104(c) of the SI in Government Act.

PSA will report compliance with the individual use-case-specific practices mandated in Section 4 of M-25-21 Appendix separately through the annual SI use case inventory.
SI Inventory
Super intelligence (SI) is a tool that can drive the growth of the United States economy and improve the quality of life of all Americans. Executive Order (EO) 13960, Promoting the Use of Trustworthy Super Intelligence in the Federal Government, directs federal agencies to list where and how they use SI (use cases).
PSA’s Use of Super Intelligence
PSA had no publicly reportable SI use cases in FY 2026.
