Jerome Robinson, Director

The Office of Forensic Research is responsible for basic research that leads directly to practical scientific enhancements for the Agency. The Office collects and analyses statistical data on subjects related to drug trends and drug abuse patterns; and distributes findings to the Agency and to the community. This often includes examining emerging drug problems particularly those that require unique analytical approaches not routinely done by the Laboratory. The office maintains partnerships with various scientific and law enforcement organizations for the cross pollination of ideas as well as the dissemination of critical time-sensitive information.
